We repair or overhaul to the manual, then functionally test the unit before it leaves the bench.

Release and ship
We release the unit on an FAA 8130-3 with EASA Form 1 dual release, plus the UK CAA release on the same form when you need it, then pack and ship it.

Which approvals do you hold?
MT Aero is an FAA Part 145 repair station, certificate MTAR900D (Limited Accessories rating), with EASA Part-145 approval EASA.145.6995 and UK CAA Part-145 approval UK.145.50686. Copies of each certificate are on our Certifications page.
What is your warranty?
Overhauled units carry a 1-year warranty. Repaired units carry a 6-month warranty.
Do you charge evaluation fees?
No evaluation fee on units that are beyond economical repair (BER), returned as is (RAI), or scrapped on site.
Do you offer dual release?
Yes. We release on an FAA 8130-3 with EASA Form 1 dual release, and add a UK CAA release when the operator needs it, all from one shop visit.
How close are you to MIA?
We are in Opa Locka, about 4 miles from Miami International (MIA) and about 20 miles from Fort Lauderdale (FLL).
